Make July 4th Count This Year

This year, let's take our message that we are fed up with a huge Federal Government buy bringing a visual to July 4th events that illustrates your views!

Everywhere in America this July 4th there will be a celebration of Independence Day. Fireworks and and other organized celebrations are excellent opportunities for the individual to peacefully decent to big government created by both Republican and Democratic elected officials.

Whether it's a tee-shirt with a simple message or a flag flown in distress, make it clear to your elected officials that We the People are still running this country and that We the People expect to be represented as we did the day the Declaration of Independence was signed.

Anchor Babies?

There's no such thing.

The laws are clear. Any baby born in the USA to foreign nationals, or to parents of US citizens living in a foreign country carry duel-citizenship until they become adults. At that time they can choose between the country of their parents or the country in which they were born.

It is appalling that the news hasn't picked up on this fact. In today's age of being Politically Correct, no one could imagine that an Illegal Alien giving birth to a baby in the USA could offer the baby a better life in their native country. Certainly the parents didn't as they saw it as a way, probably taught to them by someone else, as a free ticket to US citizenship. They simply don't understand the law and apparently neither do we as Americans.

In college I dated a girl who's father was career Military. He married an English wife (who became a US citizen) and while stationed in Germany they birthed their one and only child. Because she was born on German soil, she had duel German-USA citizenship. The child at the point of adulthood, I believe 21, had to choose whether or not she wanted to be a German citizen or a US citizen. She was obviously US but she still had that option of choice.

What if they considered the concept of Anchorship? Just as we are making that choice for babies born here now, the German's could have made that choice for them. The parents were American and it was clear they would be returning, but what if Germany said, "No, your child is German and the child can become a US citizen but it must abide forever by German law that governs expatriots." What kind of outrage would that have created?

In America we make decisions based on what's best, but maybe what isn't actually correct. Abortionists believe the young-unwed mother should consider abortion because there is no way the baby would have a life that could be considered anything other than impoverished. This standard is set by the Abortionist, not the mother and especially not the baby.

Americans believe that childern born in the United States should be able to stay, even if the parent came here illegally, because there is no way the baby would have the opportunity it may have in the USA, in their under-developed country.

It amounts to depriving the child of its Civil Rights. Who are we to say whether or not the child will be better off at age 21 and would prefer to be a US citizen? Why should America allow the parents to live here illegally simply because they planned an executed the perfect crime in America. Do they realize that if the child returns to Mexica there are laws that would follow them home for the life of the child, including some forms of taxation? Would it benefit the child to live in an under-developed country but be governed by one that was not?

The baby should be issued a birth certificate that states the child was born in the USA by a foreign National and the parents and the baby sent home to the country of origin, no matter the circumstance in the other country with one exception, Civil War and the threat of death upon return.

America doesn't need new laws to outlaw babies born here by illegal aliens, it simply need proper interpretation of the law and implementation based on the law. It is what's best for the baby.
